1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Careers Launch Academy ("we," "us," or "our") services, website, or participating in our giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services, enter the giveaway, or access any content on our website.

2. Services Provided

Careers Launch Academy provides career development resources, educational content, and talent acquisition services for students and recent graduates. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Career guidance and resources
• Job search assistance
• Educational content and workshops
• Networking opportunities
• Promotional contests and giveaways

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion, with or without notice.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We may request proof of age or identity at any time to verify eligibility.

4. Account and Registration

When you register for our services or participate in our giveaway, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not impersonate another person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization

5. $500 Giveaway Official Rules

5.1 Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are:

• 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, or have recently graduated (within the past 12 months)
• Not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Careers Launch Academy or its affiliates

Entrants may be required to submit proof of eligibility (such as student ID, transcript, or diploma) upon request. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.

5.2 No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

5.3 Entry Period

The giveaway is currently open and accepting entries. We reserve the right to close the giveaway at any time at our sole discretion. The giveaway will remain open until we announce its closure on our website and social media channels. Only entries received while the giveaway is officially open will be eligible.

We will provide notice of the giveaway closing date on our website at careerslaunchacademy.com and through our official communication channels. Once closed, no further entries will be accepted.

5.4 How to Enter

To enter, complete the registration form at careerslaunchacademy.com/giveaway with the following required information:

• Full name
• Email address
• University name
• Current major/field of study

Optional information (phone number, graduation date) may be provided but is not required for entry.

Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Use of multiple email addresses or identities to enter multiple times is prohibited. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means will be void.

5.5 Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $500 USD, awarded via check, PayPal, or Venmo (winner's choice). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted except at our sole discretion.

In the event the prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5.6 Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received while the giveaway is open. The drawing will be conducted at our discretion after the giveaway closes. Drawing will be conducted using a randomization method at our sole discretion and may be observed by a third-party compliance representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5.7 Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 7 days of notification.

We are not responsible for email delivery failures due to spam filters, email address errors, technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

5.8 Taxes

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. A Form 1099 will be issued if required by law. If required, winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize can be released.

5.9 Publicity Rights

By participating, entrants grant us the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners may contact us to opt out of certain promotional uses.

5.10 Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Violates these terms
• Contains false or fraudulent information (including but not limited to fake names, email addresses, or educational affiliations)
• Uses automated entry methods, bots, scripts, or macros
• Is submitted after the giveaway has closed or from an ineligible location
• Constitutes duplicate entries from the same person
• Involves tampering with or undermining the legitimate operation of the giveaway
• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your participation in our services and giveaway is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services or entering the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAREERS LAUNCH ACADEMY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Your participation or inability to participate in the giveaway
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or failures related to the giveaway

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us, if any, for the use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms or the giveaway shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us at info@careerslaunchacademy.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, our services or these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes to these Terms by email or a prominent notice on our website, at least 7 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Careers Launch Academy regarding your use of our services and participation in the giveaway. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.
